- Unacceptable temperature fluctuations during the sea voyage or overland transit
- Malfunctioning or breakdown of refrigeration machinery
- Human errors
- Post harvest diseases and disorders
- Road accidents that requires a ‘cross-stuffing’ operation

We are usually called in to deal with any Claims Investigation that typically include  the following:
- Thorough review of all pre-load, load passage and arrival/transit documentation
- Investigation of the cause(s), nature, and extent of any claim including  photographic evidence
- Arranging microbiological analysis where appropriate
